Maris Rauch (born 1986 in Hanau) is the artist behind Volane Art.
Her works are called Volanism – a style that not only makes the everyday and seemingly mundane visible, but also tangible.

Maris lives and works near Frankfurt am Main. She exhibits her art on canvases, in exhibitions and in digital spaces, where she reaches hundreds of thousands of people. And now I'm making her art shine even brighter.

Who would have thought that bloody underwear could be so aesthetic, expressive and a true design statement?
Honestly, I didn't. And that's exactly why I love this collaboration.

The result is a unique interior piece that truly packs a punch, in every sense of the word!
On the outside, the lampshade presents itself in elegant black velvet. Only on the inside does Volane's powerful, provocative motif unfold, making the shade an object between art, design, and attitude.
